China GGD Low-Voltage Switchgear Suppliers & Factory - Reliable Power Distribution Solutions

GGD low-voltage switchgear is a crucial component of contemporary power distribution systems in China, engineered for AC applications with a frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 380V. This switchgear boasts a remarkable rated working current of up to 3150A, making it an ideal choice for an array of power users, including power plants, substations, factories, and mines. Designed for efficiency and reliability, its primary functions encompass power conversion, distribution, and control of power and lighting systems. As one of the leading suppliers of electrical equipment in China, we ensure that our GGD low-voltage switchgear meets the rigorous standards necessary for effective power supply management in industrial environments

    Overview

    GGD low voltage switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and mines and other power users with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated working current up to 3150A distribution system. It is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and distribution equipment.

    GGD low-voltage complete switchgear is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed according to the requirements of the competent superiors of the Ministry of Energy, the majority of power users and design departments, based on the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, series, strong practicality, novel structure and high protection level, and can be used as an updated product of low-voltage complete switchgear.

    GGD low voltage switchgear cabinet complies with IEC 439 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB7251 "Low voltage switchgear" and other standards.

    Environmental conditions for use

    • The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃;
    • For indoor installation, the altitude of the use location shall not exceed 2000m;
    • The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃. A higher relative humidity should be allowed at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at +20℃) to take into account the occasional condensation caused by temperature changes;
    • The equipment should be installed with an inclination of no more than 5° from the vertical plane;
    • The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded;
    • If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve them.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    QWhat applications is GGD low voltage switchgear suitable for?

    GGD low voltage switchgear is designed for power plants, substations, factories, mines, and other power users. It is primarily used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment.

    QWhat are the electrical ratings of GGD switchgear?

    It is suitable for distribution systems operating at AC 50Hz, with a rated working voltage of 380V, and a rated working current of up to 3150A.

    QWhat standards does GGD low voltage switchgear comply with?

    The GGD cabinet complies with IEC 439 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment" and GB7251 "Low voltage switchgear" standards.

    QWhat are the installation altitude and temperature limits?

    For indoor installation, the altitude must not exceed 2000m. The ambient air temperature should remain between -5℃ and +40℃, with a 24-hour average temperature not exceeding +35℃.

    QWhat are the humidity and alignment requirements for installation?

    Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at +40℃ (higher humidity like 90% is allowed at +20℃ due to temperature changes). The cabinet must be installed with an inclination of no more than 5° from the vertical plane in a vibration-free, non-corrosive environment.
