Features
Product Introduction
The YBFD40.5/0.69 series compact box-type substation is designed to increase the voltage from 0.6 to 0.69 kV to 35 kV for seamless access to the grid. This conversion is critical to ensure that the electricity generated by wind turbines can be effectively transmitted over long distances without significant losses. The compact design of the substation not only optimizes space, but also improves the overall efficiency of the wind energy system, making it an ideal choice for a variety of wind farm applications.
The YBFD40.5/0.69 series substation operates under specific environmental conditions and can withstand a variety of outdoor climate conditions. It is designed to operate in a temperature range of -45°C to 40°C, with an altitude limit of 2,000 meters. The substation is also designed for high humidity environments, with relative air humidity not exceeding 95% at 25°C. These features ensure that the substation remains reliable and efficient even in adverse weather conditions, thereby maximizing the normal operation time of the wind energy system.
The YBFD40.5/0.69 series compact wind power box substation is designed to withstand specific physical stresses. It can withstand horizontal accelerations up to 0.3g and vertical accelerations up to 0.15g, and is suitable for installation in various geographical locations. The installation environment must avoid excessive dust, explosive or corrosive gases, and severe vibrations. The substation should be installed on a solid and flat platform, such as a cement base, to ensure stability and service life.
The YBFD40.5/0.69 series compact wind power box substation represents a major advancement in wind energy technology. Its ability to efficiently convert and transmit wind power, combined with its rugged design for a variety of environmental conditions, makes it an indispensable component of modern wind power generation systems. As the world continues to transition to renewable energy, the adoption of such innovative solutions is essential to achieving sustainable energy goals and reducing carbon footprints. For any additional requirements beyond the technical specifications, we encourage users to discuss with the manufacturer to customize a solution that meets their specific needs.
