MNS Low-Voltage Switchgear

MNS low-voltage switchgear is an advanced modular cabinet designed for versatility and efficiency in power distribution. This series adopts standard module factory assembly (FBA) and is particularly suitable for power plants, substations and various industrial environments. It can operate effectively in power systems using alternating current (AC) with a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz and a rated working voltage of up to 660V. The switchgear is designed for power conversion, distribution and control, ensuring the reliable performance of critical power infrastructure.

    Overview

    This series of low voltage switchgear is a modular cabinet type that is factory assembled (FBA) using standard modules.

    This series of low voltage switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgy and steel rolling, transportation energy, light industry and textiles and other factories and mining enterprises and residential areas, high-rise buildings and other places. It is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power distribution equipment in power systems with AC 50~60HZ and rated working voltage AC 660V and below.

    This device complies with the national professional standards GB7251.1 "Low-voltage complete switchgear" and JB/T9961 "Low-voltage withdrawable complete switchgear" and the international professional standard IEC 439-1.

    Environmental conditions for use

    ·The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃, and its average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35℃;

    ·Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C, higher relative humidity is allowed at lower tmperatures, such as 90% at +20°C, but temperature changes should be taken into account, and condensation may occur occasionally;

    ·Altitude not exceeding 2000m;

    ·The device is suitable for transportation and storage in the following temperature ranges: -25℃ to +55℃, and can reach +70℃ in a short time (no more than 24h). The device should not suffer any irreversible damage under these extreme temperatures, and should be able to work normally under normal conditions.

    ·If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate a solution;

    ·When this device is used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.

    Product Introduction

     This low-voltage switchgear complies with strict national and international standards, It complies with the international standard IEC 439-1, ensuring it meets the highest safety and operational benchmarks. This compliance is critical for users who need reliable equipment that can withstand the test of harsh environments.

    The operating environment of the MNS low voltage switchgear has been carefully designed to ensure optimal performance. It is designed to operate effectively in an ambient temperature range of -5°C to +40°C, with a 24-hour average temperature not exceeding +35°C. Atmospheric conditions must also be considered, as the equipment operates best in clean air with a relative humidity of no more than 50% at the highest temperature. However, at lower temperatures, it can withstand higher humidity, such as up to 90% at +20°C, provided that temperature fluctuations are controlled to prevent condensation.

    Altitude is another key factor in deploying MNS low-voltage switchgear. The equipment is suitable for areas with an altitude of no more than 2,000 meters, ensuring that it can be effectively used in various geographical locations. The switchgear is designed to withstand transportation and storage conditions in a temperature range of -25°C to +55°C, and can withstand short-term exposure to high temperatures of up to +70°C for up to 24 hours. This toughness ensures that the equipment remains functional and reliable even in harsh logistics environments.

    For special applications such as offshore oil rigs and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement must be signed with the manufacturer. This ensures that the specific operating requirements and environmental conditions of these special environments are fully met. MNS low-voltage switchgear is not only a reliable solution for standard power distribution needs, but also meets the stringent requirements of specialized industries. By understanding the functions and specifications of this switchgear, users can make informed decisions to improve the safety and efficiency of their electrical systems.
