7S on-site management training

2026-07-16

To further consolidate the foundation of meticulous management in the enterprise, unify the on-site management standards for workshop production and office areas, thoroughly rectify various on-site management disorders, establish a long-term management mechanism, optimize the on-site environment, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen safety guarantees, and cultivate professional ethics among all employees, Zhejiang Nanyoung Power Transmission and Distribution Equipment Co.,Ltd. organized a special training session on 7S on-site management at 15:00 on July 15th, with all employees attending. The training was kicked off by Director Gao, the administrative supervisor, and concluded by Mr. Li, the assistant to the general manager. Lu Xiaoyan from the administrative department served as the keynote speaker.

This training focuses on seven core dimensions: organization, rectification, cleaning, sanitation, literacy, safety, and conservation. It abandons pure theoretical lectures and closely integrates with the actual production and operation of the company, directly addressing the pain points and difficulties of on-site management. The course adopts a teaching framework of "standard interpretation + implementation details + problem rectification + long-term control", comprehensively dissecting the implementation logic and practical methods of 7S management, and consolidating the theoretical cognition and practical foundation of all staff. The training meeting made it clear that 7S management is not a phased special rectification, but a long-term and continuously carried out basic management work. In the future, the company will improve the supporting mechanisms for 7S inspection, assessment, rewards, and punishments, divide exclusive management responsibility areas, implement a dedicated person responsibility system, and execute daily self-inspection and weekly inspection management models. The 7S management standards will be embedded into daily work and operational norms of each position, eliminating "temporary" rectification and promoting the transformation of 7S management from "passive rectification" to "active maintenance" and from "surface tidiness" to "quality improvement". The training also clarified that the company will officially and comprehensively implement the 7S on-site management standards from September 1st.

This special training has filled the cognitive gaps in all employees' understanding of 7S management, unified management standards, clarified implementation requirements, and solidified management responsibilities for each position. Moving forward, the company will take this training as a starting point to fully implement the 7S standardized management system, continuously deepen the special rectification of on-site chaos, regularly promote standardized control in workshops and office areas, and use fine management to strengthen the bottom line of production safety, improve overall operational efficiency, cultivate excellent corporate style, and promote the company to embark on a path of standardized, high-quality, and sustainable development.
