Over the past 70 years, through trials and hardships, the distinctive characteristics of "equality and mutual trust, friendship and mutual learning, solidarity and cooperation for mutual benefit" have been cultivated and witnessed in the relationship between China and Egypt. In recent years, under our joint leadership, the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Egypt has achieved leapfrog development. Both sides share similar visions and strategic alignments in pursuing development and revitalization, enhancing people's well-being, and defending international fairness and justice. Faced with the complex international and regional situation characterized by both change and chaos, the two countries must support each other, deepen cooperation, and continuously advance the construction of a China-Egypt community of shared destiny.
Secondly, we should promote mutually beneficial cooperation, strengthen the alignment of development strategies, unleash the potential for cooperation in traditional fields such as infrastructure construction, electricity, agriculture, and communication technology, and create new highlights of cooperation in green energy, electric vehicles, aerospace, digital economy, modern agricultural technology, and other fields.Thirdly, we should promote people-to-people exchanges, expand exchanges and cooperation in culture, education, science and technology, health, sports, and other fields in an all-round way, increase personnel exchanges, and enhance mutual understanding between the two peoples. Fourthly, we should strengthen security cooperation, jointly combat transnational crimes, deepen international cooperation in anti-corruption, firmly support each other's anti-terrorism efforts, and safeguard the common security of both countries. Fifthly, we should enhance international multilateral collaboration, further strengthen coordination and cooperation in multilateral platforms such as the United Nations and the BRICS countries, jointly promote the construction of the China-Arab States and China-Africa Cooperation Forums, jointly oppose unilateralism and bullying behaviors, and promote the establishment of a more just and reasonable global governance system.

Secondly, we should promote comprehensive governance for regional common security. The Middle East is fraught with hotspot issues that are intricately linked, necessitating the exploration of comprehensive solutions. The Palestinian issue remains the core of the Middle East problem and should never be ignored or marginalized. Thirdly, we must consolidate the development foundation for regional common security.
