Team building during the Loong Boat Festival

 In early summer, the branches of waxberry trees are fragrant, making it a perfect time for fruit and vegetable picking. To alleviate the work pressure of employees and foster team cohesion, Zhejiang Nanyoung Power Transmission and Distribution Equipment Co.,Ltd.organized all employees to head to Baishi Mountain at 8:30 am on June 20th for a Dragon Boat Festival-themed team-building activity. Before departure, the person in charge of the activity emphasized the safety precautions for outdoor picking. After the explanation, employees were divided into groups to enter the mountain and experience the picking. Everyone worked together, chatted and laughed, picking waxberries, corn, eggplants, string beans, and other fruits and vegetables.Amidst the mountainous scenery, everyone shed their daily work fatigue, and further narrowed the distance between each other, effectively enhancing the team's communication and collaboration abilities. After the harvesting experience, the company organized a group dinner, where everyone enjoyed the fresh fruits and vegetables they had harvested themselves, creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere.
