Overview
NY-IESO01 series energy storage bus cabinet is one of the main equipment of box-type energy storage system. Its function is to combine the battery clusters in parallel and output them to PCS, cooperate with the system monitoring device to monitor its output voltage, current and insulation condition, and use the switching power supply to meet the power supply of key components in the system. Upload data or status information to the battery stack management system (BMS) through Ethernet communication, and receive commands from the management system to control the opening and closing of the DC combiner main switch.
Features
The energy bus cabinet mainly solves the problem that the traditional high-voltage box has insufficient space, no effective insulation measures and safety protection components, and great safety hazards. It includes a box body, a cabinet door is set on one side of the box body, a first-level management unit is set on the cabinet door, a supporting insulation board is set inside the box body, a power-off protector is set on the top, a second-level management unit is set below the power-off protector, and a switch, a circuit breaker group and a relay group are set below the second-level management unit. The lower part of the box body is provided with a combiner connection unit, the positive pole of the access port is connected to the fuse, the negative pole is connected to the shunt, and the fuse and the shunt are connected to the circuit breaker and then connected to the access port. The traditional high-voltage box and the combiner cabinet are combined into a new combiner cabinet, the insulation distance is greatly increased, and the safety performance is guaranteed; the DC contactor is changed to a circuit breaker, and an insulating support plate is set inside the box body for insulation to ensure the safety performance of the box. Collect a number of higher-frequency high-order harmonics to achieve filtering effect, while compensating reactive power and reducing voltage distortion. The microcomputer integrated automatic protection device is used to track system changes in real time to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
