NYS-12 Solid-Insulated Ring Main Unit Switchgear

    Overview

    NYS-12 solid insulated ring network switchgear is a new generation of environmentally friendly composite insulation ring network cabinet developed by our company. It is a fully sealed power supply unit with all live parts.The components and switches are fully sealed in an epoxy plastic shell, and there is no SF6 gas in the shell. The entire switch device is not affected by the external environment, ensuring operational reliability and personal safety, and is maintenance-free.

     

    The solid insulation ring network cabinet consists of three types of switches, namely V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (load switch unit), and F unit (combination electrical unit). Each unit can be used alone or expanded freely. Its structure is divided into an intelligent control instrument room, an operating mechanism, and a primary part. The instrument room can be equipped with a microcomputer protection (controller). The primary part adopts the APG automatic gel process to completely seal the disconnector and the arc extinguishing chamber in epoxy resin, and has a special connector connected to the busbar. The arc extinguishing chamber adopts special copper-chromium contact material, R-type longitudinal magnetic field contact, and complete one-time sealing process. The short-circuit current breaking capacity and stability, electrical life, temperature rise and insulation level of the arc extinguishing chamber are significantly improved compared with the previous arc extinguishing chamber (copper-aluminum contact material, cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, and incomplete one-time sealing process.

     

    The operating mechanism adopts a spring-operated mechanism integrated with the switch, that is, the spring-operated mechanism of the isolating switch and the main switch is integrated, which can easily realize interlocking, and the mechanism has fewer parts, reduces unnecessary transmission links, has high reliability, and can realize electric operation according to user needs.

    Environmental Conditions of Use

    ·Suitable for indoor or outdoor use;

    ·Ambient air temperature: -10℃~+25℃ indoors, -60℃~+60℃ outdoors;

    ·Relative humidity of air: daily average value is not more than 95%, monthly average value is not more than 90%;

    ·Altitude is not more than 3000m;

    ·The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by dust, water vapor, salt spray, corrosive gas or flammable gas; outdoor type can be used in harsh environmental conditions;

    ·There is no severe vibration at the installation site, and the earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;

    When the above-mentioned operating environment conditions cannot meet the use requirements, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.
