    Overview

YBW-12/0.8-4000 New energy integrated photovoltaic pre-installed box substation, European style all-in-one machine.

The European all-in-one machine includes an oil-immersed transformer, a high-voltage room, a communication power cabinet, an inverter room, and a high-voltage room. The inverter rooms are placed on both sides of the transformer, and the communication power cabinet is placed next to the high-voltage room. The overall structure is a "目" shape, and a container is used as the fireproof and heat-insulating shell of the inverter room. The inverters in the inverter room are arranged in a mirror image, and a lowering wellhead is set between the inverter aisles. The inverter side outlet is connected to the low-voltage bushing on one side of the transformer through a copper bus and a soft connection. Heat sinks and transformer instrument boxes are installed on the left and right sides of the transformer. An oil-immersed load switch with a plug-in fuse is used. The high-voltage fuse box, high-voltage bushing and lightning arrester of the transformer are in the high-voltage room, and the high-voltage bushing and cable are isolated from the fuse through a partition. The remote control monitoring room of the communication power cabinet is equipped with remote control monitoring terminal equipment, auxiliary transformers, UPS, monitoring terminals and other equipment. The secondary line in the power cabinet is connected to the inverter room through the wire laying pipe between the high and low voltage rooms, and the transformer heat dissipation method is natural air cooling (ONAN).

    Product Introduction

The YBW-12/0.8-4000 system has a sophisticated structural design, including an oil-immersed transformer, a high-voltage room, a communication power cabinet, and an inverter room. The system layout is cleverly arranged in the shape of a Chinese character "目", with the inverter rooms located on both sides of the transformer. This layout facilitates efficient airflow and heat dissipation, which is essential for maintaining optimal operation. The inverter room uses a container-type structure as a fireproof and insulated enclosure, which further improves safety and performance, ensuring that the system can withstand various environmental challenges.

A highlight of the YBW-12/0.8-4000 is that its inverters are arranged in a mirror image in the inverter room. This design not only saves space to the maximum, but also makes maintenance and repair easier. A sunken wellhead is cleverly set between the inverter channels to achieve efficient cable management and reduce the risk of overheating. The connection between the inverter side outlet and the transformer low-voltage bushing uses copper busbars and soft connections to ensure minimal energy loss and optimal performance.

The high voltage room houses key components such as high voltage fuse boxes, high voltage bushings and lightning arresters, which are essential for the safe operation of the substation. The high voltage bushings and cables are carefully isolated from the fuses by partitions, further enhancing safety measures.Oil-immersed load switches equipped with plug-in fuses provide reliable overload and short-circuit protection, ensuring the service life and reliability of the entire system.

The communication power cabinet is equipped with advanced remote monitoring terminal equipment, auxiliary transformers, UPS power supplies and monitoring terminals. This integrated design enables real-time monitoring and management of the substation, allowing operators to quickly respond to any problems that may arise. The secondary wires in the power cabinet are connected to the inverter room through laying pipes, thereby achieving seamless communication between the high and low voltage rooms. The transformer adopts natural air cooling (ONAN) to ensure that the system can operate efficiently even under heavy loads.

The YBW-12/0.8-4000 new energy integrated photovoltaic prefabricated box substation represents a major advancement in the field of renewable energy infrastructure. Its innovative design, comprehensive safety features and efficient layout make it a valuable asset for any photovoltaic project. As the world continues to shift to sustainable energy solutions, the YBW-12/0.8-4000 is expected to play a key role in promoting this transformation.
