ZGS□-F 10 Series American-Style Wind Power Box-Type Substation
Overview
ZGS□-F/10 series American-style wind power box-type substation (hereinafter referred to as box-type substation) has a "品"-shaped structure. The substation and high and low voltage equipment are closely connected as one. Among them, the substation is exposed to the air on three sides, with good heat dissipation conditions, and can be separated from the high and low voltage equipment casings for easy maintenance.
The substation uses a sheet-type oil tank, no oil pillow, fully enclosed S11 series oil-immersed transformer, high and low voltage bushings, tap changer, oil level indicator, pressure relief valve, oil drain valve, etc. All are installed on the end plate of the main body in the high-voltage cabin, with a reasonable position for easy observation and operation.
The high-voltage compartment and the low-voltage compartment are separated by steel plates. The high-voltage compartment, the low-voltage compartment and the transformer are relatively independent, but also maintain a complete box-type transformer with a compact structure, small size and light weight. The power distribution switch equipment is installed on the high and low voltage sides.
Normal use environment conditions
1.Cooling conditions: air self-cooling
2.Operating environment: outdoor ambient temperature is not higher than 40℃ and not lower than -45℃, altitude is not more than 1000m, monthly average temperature is not more than 30℃, annual average temperature is not more than 20℃. At 25℃, relative humidity of air is not more than 95%, and monthly average is not more than 90%.
3.The horizontal acceleration is not more than 0.3g, and the vertical acceleration is not more than 0.15g.
4.The installation environment should be free of obvious dirt, explosive, corrosive gases and dust. The installation site should be free of severe vibration and impact. It is required to be installed on a cement platform or other flat and solid platform.
Note: Other situations beyond the technical requirements shall be handled through consultation between the user and our company.
Product Introduction
One of the key features of the ZGS□-F/10 series is its superior cooling performance. The substation is exposed to air on three sides, allowing for optimal heat dissipation. This air self-cooling mechanism is essential to maintaining the operational integrity of the transformer, especially under a variety of environmental conditions. The substation is designed to operate effectively in outdoor environments and can withstand ambient temperatures ranging from -45°C to 40°C. This wide operating temperature range, coupled with its ability to operate normally at altitudes up to 1000 meters, makes the ZGS□-F/10 series a versatile solution for a variety of geographical locations.
The ZGS□-F/10 series transformers are well-designed to ensure safety and reliability. The high-voltage and low-voltage chambers are separated by solid steel plates to provide additional protection. The transformer itself is a fully enclosed S11 series oil-immersed transformer equipped with important components such as high- and low-voltage bushings, tap changers, and oil level indicators. These components are cleverly arranged on the end plate of the high-voltage chamber body for easy observation and operation. This thoughtful design not only improves the user experience, but also minimizes the risk of operational errors.
The ZGS□-F/10 series substation is designed to withstand a variety of environmental challenges. It is designed to operate at 25°C and relative humidity not exceeding 95%, ensuring that moisture does not damage the integrity of electrical components. The substation is also designed to withstand horizontal and vertical accelerations of up to 0.3g and 0.15g respectively, thus being able to withstand potential seismic activity. This ruggedness is critical for substations in areas susceptible to natural disasters to ensure the continued operation of wind power generation.
The ZGS□-F/10 series American-style box-type substation is a significant advancement in the field of wind power generation. Its compact structure, efficient cooling system and strong safety performance make it an ideal choice for operators seeking to enhance renewable energy infrastructure. As the demand for sustainable energy solutions continues to grow, the ZGS□-F/10 series is ready to meet the challenges of modern wind power generation and provide a reliable and efficient way to utilize wind energy. For customers who are interested in integrating this innovative substation into their energy system, they can communicate further with the manufacturer to obtain customized solutions that meet specific operational needs.
